'Changes In Posture, Equilibrium and Strength Parameters Following Training With Spineforce Device in Healthy Subjects' - Pr. P. Thoumie MD, et. al., Rothschild Hospital & Human Performance Institute, Paris

Purpose
To analyze, on healthy subjects, the effects of a SpineForce training program in improving posture, equilibrium and muscular function the locomotive function.

Conclusion
These results suggested that posture and equilibrium was responsive to SpineForce training, also proving that the systems flexibility affords multiple solutions of exercises according to the objectives of the users including elderly or disabled people with sensory disabilities.

'Spineforce Platform: An Innovative Methodology for Postural Re-Education Techniques' - R. Galozzi R. & M. Faina, Italian National Olympic Committee, Italy

Purpose
To analyze the possibility to include SpineForce in postural rehabilitation training for athletic/sport subjects (effect on postural adjustment, coordination, neuromuscular and mechanical characteristics).

Conclusion
After 2 months training on SpineForce, stability in standing position, right/left coordination and balance recovery of subjects are improved. Regarding maximal force, muscle groups are re-balanced. SpineForce has an important role in postural re-education.
